if we connect the midland road, routing fr saratoga hill to tagaytay will be possible even
for those without membership for tagaytay highlands.

Ah, that is why there is a Roadcut.

I will double check Kuya, but from what I understand y that when you are within Saratoga hills already they will not be checking for Membership anymore. Basically the Main entry points are the Main Gate from Tagaytay and the Gate near Filoil in Brgy Suplang.

What we dont' want happening is non highlands members who are in Brgy. Suplang, being routed through midlands road if they want to go to Tagaytay proper right?

No worries, keep it as is for now kuya "Kalawang na ako" (Rusty).
