MNTC officials led by President and CEO Rodrigo E. Franco inspect the state-of-the-art NLEX Harbor Link Segment 9 as it is set to open on
March 18, 2015. The new tollway will link NLEX to MacArthur Highway in Karuhatan, Valenzuela City. It features two vehicular overpasses and
two pedestrian foot bridges that will enable the community to access Santolan and Marcelo service roads. Aside from decongesting traffic in
Balintawak Interchange, Segment 9 also aims to boost economic activities in Caloocan-Malabon-Navotas-Valenzuela (CAMANAVA) area where
industrial facilities are mostly located.
