New Manila and Scout area QC Connecting Bridge Now Open

A bridge connecting Scout Tobias and New Hemady St is now Open. A great relief for us living @ Scout Area QC. It`s a way shortcut if your coming from E.Rodriguez Ave either from Cubao or Araneta or coming from Greenhills via Hemady St.
No bridge name yet for this bridge but some says it will be name Belmonte Bridge since it was started when still Spkr Belmonte was the mayor then..But im sure when rain flood came it will not be passable then because it`s too low lying just few meters higher from river water level.

This bridge as per seen in the Picture.. is the Tower under Construction the Zinna Towers along EDSA?
