I've attemted to do that twice before the inauguration but they open only on rush hours. Will try again tomorrow night.

it is open 24hrs but is only one lane available (towards cavite). And the end lane (cavite end point) is not yet completed where you still go on the other lane to exit the island cove road. i have tracks ready but am not yet uploading it for the reason of precise finality.
