    Cannot Authenticate Maps

    i recently reformatted my pc and is now running well.

    I have a Mapsource 6.16.3 already and downloaded the RG demo map, automatically the RG 2.55 is visible in my mapsource so i proceeded to install it to my nuvi 3760 but whenever i restarted my gps it always says can not authenticate maps.

    i have also tried installing the latest v2.55 thru Basecamp 4.6.2.0 but with the same results.

    May know any workaround on this mga kuya?

      yes, my nuvi 3760 already has an unlock code from the Judge.

      but something came up... it says cannot authenticate maps but v2.55 is already there...

        When I downloaded 2.55 to my PC, no issues. When I went to transfer it to my Nuvi and 60csx, I could not until I unlocked the map. That is to say, you can download and use the RG map on your PC, but it's locked. You have to unlock it before you transfer it to your device. In Mapsource, go to the Utilities menu and select Manage Map Products. Find 2.55 and then unlock with your unlock code. Then transfer to your Nuvi.
