problem installing Training Center

I'm trying to install TC, prior to Mapsource, but I get the ff error. The laptop have fresh install of WinXP SP3. The TC install file is also freshly downloaded. Help please.

still no fix ... i also tried previous downloads which installed properly on my desktop and another laptop just couple of weeks ago ... all copies were identical

the registry still have no entries of garmin/mapsource keys ... not sure what to do next ... argh

did you disable your antivirus?

are you from somewhere near manila? maybe you could join manilas EB as there is a plan to have one this may. then we can help you with the mapsource

problem fixed ... apparently have something to do with freshly installed WinXp ... some files are needed from Microsoft, C++ something, accdg to Garmin faq
