Problem running mapsource

Hi - my GPS was bought in South Africa and I am wanting to install the basic Philippines map. I have run training centre, downloaded mapsource but cannot run it - it says that it cannot detect any previous mapsource. Please can someone help - I am getting so lost here in Manila and desperately need a map to help me. THanks for your advice.

Welcome to Roadguide Sophia. Please double check if indeed training center has been installed because that is what mapsource will detect when you run it.

got the same problem weeks ago..

what i did is extract it then click the main.msi then click the set-up.

that should do it.

Try to uninstal both programs first

Then install Training center first
Then Mapsource
