Wikimapia vs garmin xt map

Just curious lang po, I have tried looking for coordinates using wikimapia and tried to plot in in mapsource but I have noticed that the coordinates that I enter in mapsource is not in the exact position as what I see in wikimapia. Can anyone enlighten me please....thanks

dont rely on wikimapia.
gather your own waypoint in actual location and condition.
