Intersection of Quezon ave and Roosevelt Ave was already open yesterday.
North bound Quezon ave (Araneta - EDSA side) can now U turn or left turn to going to Roosevelt Ave and also South bound roosevelt ave (Munoz-Quezon Ave) can now left turn going to timog ave or EDSA.
This was in preparation to this soon to open mall. The Fisher Mall

Once open il collect all the waypoints of this mall..Although not yet completed soon to open 1st quarter 2014--Initial partial opening i guess Dec.10 with limited shops to enjoy.

Motorist coming from EDSA to Manila can no longer enjoy continuous trafick flow going to Araneta Underpass. Once mall open expect heavy trafic in this area specially during rush hour.

FYI again...
After drawing so much attention from the Media who give the authority to open this intersection and some interviews with MMDA chairman in a radio station regarding this one which results to so much traffic build up and slow flow of traffic before the araneta underpass, they finally closed it today. Traffic is smooth, continuous and ok this morning

U turn slot stays (as before) sir after Roces Ave in front of Shell Gas Station. You have to U turn in this slot so that you can make right turn to Roosevelt ave.
