Has anybody Plot or route the Maharlika highway (Pan-Philippine Highway) From north to south.
I was informed that it is the fastest way and also very scenic route.

Its a long way to go, its about 2500 kms I think which stretches Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao. (Laoag to Zamboanga) yes, lot of scenic routes too e.g. Manila to Bicol for example. you use the Maharlika highway.
