I think you overpaid, toll fee from Tarlac to Urdaneta is only 216 pesos.

I think it included toll for SCTEX or something, I didn't pay anything at SCTEX.

Was planning on going north this long weekend, then again INC has other plans over the weekend.

Last time I checked (last month aug 23 i think), still Urdaneta exit.

Tplex now ends at Pozorubio. The 10km segment from Binalonan to Pozorubio opened 2 days ago. The segment will be toll-free for 3 weeks, accdg to news.

Pozzurubio was already open

i`ve passed by pozzurubio exit just last week december 27 and 29th 2017 , unfortunately i havent recorded the new track.. The last segment pozzurubio exit was not included in the rg map as of the last update i guess..
