Lane Assist Alternative
Saw several posts regarding "lane assist" which is not (and will not be, cmiiw) supported by the RG.Ph map and thought, as an alternative, would waypoints:
- placed a certain distance away from each road approaching, say intersections;
- with proximity alert enabled;
- and who's name/maybe description/etc. would bear directions based on absolute directions, e.g. "S - Manila, SE - Cabanatuan" (for single lane intersections), "Lane 2 - Balintawak, Lane 1 - Kamias"
possibly work if added in the map? Maybe even make the waypoint's logo look like what's the intersection ahead.
Sorry, just thinking out loud 'coz I can't see how the RG.Ph map works IRL just yet.
