Nuvi 40 died on me

Hi All,

My Nuvi 40 died together with 2016.
Was cruising thru NLEX when it suddenly shut itself off.
Already tried to do a hard reset (pressing on the lower right side of the screen+power button), still nothing happens. No signs of life.

Any tips or advice?

Nuvi 40

So I opened up the Nuvi 40, I got burnt IC.
Looks like it can't be revived.

I got a very old Garmin unit coming soon from my mother in the US, it will do until I get a chance to get a new one.
Will reach out to the Judge once I receive it to be able to load RG maps on it.
