Garmin Error

Hi,

A friend of mine who just recently started using his Garmin (ETrex Vista), got an error message of: "Route Calculation Error: No Roads Near Starting Point".

This started happening when he loaded a route (he created in Mapsource) into his GPS unit. My guess is, he is probably using different map versions.

Can anyone provide any other info on what could have possibly caused this?
