GARMIN NUVI 760 problem

Sir,

I recently encountered this problem while trying to download waypoints from my Nuvi 760.

The last time i as able to successfully download from my NUVI was 2 weeks ago.

what to do po? hellllppppp please.

I had the same problem before, but I have a back up saved which I made when I first acquired my 760.
When I had that problem, I simply re uploaded my back up.

how did you manage to establish the connection from the gps to pc again?

i was able to send to/from device with my HTC HD2 via garmin xt so i think the usb driver and communicator and map source isn't the problem.

i think the problem is my nuvi 780. any ideas on how i can fix this problem?
