good by 60Scx

all most 3years had my first GPS 60Scx, and last 2 weeks ago
I dispose it, and order oregon 550.
mainly I choose this unit because giotagging photo, even quality of picture not good as professional.
and other reason can use my G2 Vision chart.
even all G2 vision feature can,t use but I guess it has more detail map.

I order new battry and charger,and so go to CDR-king buy memory.

The 60CSx has a new brother, the new GPSMap 62 series http://gpstracklog.com/2010/06/garmi...announced.html... imho this is much better than the oregon. Would've have been nice if somebody can give a review of this unit...

my main reason upgrade unit, because G2 capability.
62 serise has also capability on G2. but resolution of 62 never
greater then 160 x 240 pixels.(oregon 550 has 240x400)
I been squz in G2 my 60CSx.
it not same as I seen 400 0r 500 serise chatplotter.
62 serise has higher internal memory but rest fegure not same as oregon 550.
I give point 62 serise for better view direct sun light, which
oregon 550 has not better then 60CSx.
and longer battery use.
I guess I am still not regret my choice.

infact upgrade from 60CSx my first choice is 400 serise
chatplotter about same price budget.
but olny fishing time can be appriciate.
great fish eye view under water and other mariner feature,
which handheld can,t show.

if $300+ budget, my mind was oregon 400 touch screen.
and additional $100 for geotagging was attractive for me.
