Question, when I did that before (copied the gmapupp) to my unit, I lost my USA mainland map. How/where can I get one again?

I might lose my current PH may? Sorry, noob hehehe

What's the difference between the map here and the one at waypoints.ph?

easiest way is to back up your files before copy-pasting anything.

I think you may find one in the bookstores. However if you want the map of the tram in Singapore you may get a free copy of that in the station.

+1 on malsing map. Noob here too and wasn't sure about file handling when I went to Singapore. I had an extra SD card lying around and put the Singapore map there. Swapped the SD in when I landed. Swapped it out when I returned.

Singapore map users are very lucky as there are lots of maps available for this city state. Wether free or fee.

GTV, but then again we are lucky already here. There are now an increasing number of Free or fee maps for the Philippines as well.

The key word for both Sing and PH map is details and accuracy.

There are tips on how to put multiple maps on your garmin, just ask your friendly google search about it.
