Europe maps covering amsterdam and frankfurt

Greetings,

In two weeks (March 20) I have to go on a business trip to Amsterdam and Frankfurt. I don't really feel like paying $150 just for a 10 day trip, so can someone recommend a free or low cost map for these areas?
