Official route map of the ironman

This is the official route map of the ironman as prospected by Teng aka beerboy aka the guy in charge of the ironman.
It shows all detours as they are as of last Saturday December 13 2008.
If map not as per reality: blame Teng....

GDB file showing all of the possible danger spots will be uploaded later.

download file, run accept all standard values. select "Ironman 2009 official map" in mapsource, select it and send to gps together with philippines map. enjoy

Is there a map for the Petron Econo-run this Jan. 3? I'm going to join that one and it would be nice to have one for that too.

Better late than never. I think the route for the Ironman 2010 is the same. Joey Almeda is next years' Ironman.
