This is what we're discussing last night. Sctex is available in the free map albeit incomplete. This is what those guys selling Nuvis are bragging about having Phil map already installed with Sctex included.

yes, I saw that too. What I needed is the sctex road bypassing tarlac-luisita, so the timing of 1.03/1.05 release is good when we went to ilocos.
