Hi everyone! trying to get started with a nuvi 1390T...installed mapsource and the demo map exe file but i cant see any map when i open mapsource. tried reinstalling to no avail. did i miss anything?

you won't see anything because you too far out.
zoom in then you will see the details.

Sir, zoomed in all the way but still not seeing anything...if it's of any value, version po ng mapsource is 6.16.3

If none. Download the map again


even at 300mi, your map should show something like the one i attached

Ah. Then Ctrl G would work or go to View and uncheck the "Basic map only"

i have placed 2 attachments. this is located on same coordinates i've given a while ago

1. how it should appear

2. this happens when "basic map only" is enabled (checked)
