    Travel Photographer new to gps

    Hello.

    I am a travel photographer and recently discovered the fun of using gps with my iPhone while searching for the ibon-ebun festival in candaba, pampanga. What I found was coordinates to the candaba elementary school and decided to use that as my starting point,as it turns out the festival parade started down the street from the school.

    my only problem with using the iphone with motionx gps is that at that particular time all my data was erased ... so i decided to get a dedicated gps unit and it should hopefully arrive in a few days.

    I also operate some websites that can hopefully integrate gps in the future.

              The New HTC Touch Cruise phone has this capability of geo-tagging photos. Maybe the new Nuvifone will have it also.

                I just got back from Pinamalayan, Mindoro to shoot the Centurion Festival and the dropped by Pola, Mindoro for the Moriones Festival.

                My Gps unit hasnt arrived so i used my iPhone instead.. and now realize how useful a fulltime gps unit is.. the iphone kept losing signal along the way.. i am not sure if it was the software that was messing it up (motionX).. when it lost signal i would switch to gps kit app or even google maps on iphone.
