New to GPS Navigating with my Garmin 60GSX

Hi, my name is Brett (Govoner),

I have joined in a number of 'Green Trail Rides' with 'Britster', and some other Members of Living In Cebu Forums'.

I had recently bought Garmin 60CSX to track where he took us. Sorry but I am new to this, and not yet learned how to set this Garmin Unit for 1 second Tracks.

David (Britster) recently upgraded his Contributors Map V1.24 and showed me how to see what parts of the Route were not already mapped.

I will do some reading to learn how to install the V1,24 Demo Map also and how to set my Garmin 60GSX up to log in 1 sec. intervals (anyone help by posting relevant thread please?)

Hope to add more to this forum as I learn more, and to contribute better maps as I obtain them.

Love discovering and riding these Green Trails up in the Mountains of Cebu and good we have experienced riders and ones more familiar with this Gaarmin Map Source and Tracks etc to help me do Track Divide/Combine, Name and Save, to make some contributions of New Tracks here in Cebu for RoadGuide.ph, that will hopefully get me the Contributors Map V1.24.

60csx is an excellent unit for recording tracks, i too have one.
