newbie from mandaluyong

hello everybody! i recently got a Garmin Nuvi 360 preinstalled with the Phil. map and i am loving it. i would like to contribute waypoints but am totally clueless on how and where to start... if anybody can point me to the right direction... a step by step tutorial would be very much appreciated. TIA
