    Newbie from Makati

    Hi All,

    Was able to get wind of Roadguide when I got curious of the GPS application in my E71. Anyway, it uses a nokia ovi map but it sometimes gives the wrong routes. Hope to learn more about using the GPS through this forum before i buy a stand-alone GPS.

      hi. welcome to roadguide. you'll learn a lot here. you can start by reading the FAQ's for newbies. then just ask those you need to clarify. our members here are very helpful. don't hesitate to ask.
      oh btw, also just make sure that the questions you ask will be in accordance to forum rules.

              hi all,

              I'm back. Anyway, just an update, i recently acquired a nuvi 1360 PH edition and now i'm trying to learn the intricacies of this device. i recently downloaded the mapsource but i have yet to install them on my PC for lack of "techieness". i'm still trying to find someone well-versed in computer stuff.

              Anyway, i hope i can understand the process very soon so i can contribute here.

              In the meantime, will just make the most out of the map provided and hope I don't get lost during my out-of-town trip this saturday hahaha.

              Lastly, will there be some meet ups in Makati in the near future? I would really like to sit down with you and learn. Thanks!
