Newbie from Dagupan City

Hi.
I'm a newbie from Dagupan City.
I have been contributing some data on Google Map Maker for a month now.
Also I have been reading a lot lately on the "How to" thread of this forum to learn the basics of GPS mapping.

I just ordered a Nuvi 855 on eBay and still in transit for now.

For now, I managed to run Mapsource with a Roadguide Demo Map installed.
And I noticed that in Dagupan City some streets are still unnamed and some waypoints are non-existing.
So maybe I'll begin contributing data before my Nuvi arrives.

Also I would like to take this opportunity to Thank all the people who are responsible in creating and maintaining this forum.

welcome to roadguide. start contributing data now so that when your nuvi arrives you'll be able to achieve contributor status.
since you have mention that the street there have no name. upload them to the tracks correction and earn the contributor points

Welcome to Roadguide Agent 47! Don't say "maybe", say "i will" and for sure before your Nuvi arrives, you've become a contributor already and instead of the standard map, you'll get to use the contributor's map with your new toy. Wouldn't that be awesome? It's all there in the "How to's" how you can contribute even without a GPS. And naming unnamed streets and sending in road restrictions (one-way, no entry & etc) are just a few of the ways...

You already have a leg up having read the "How to's." No need to delay contributing while waiting for your unit. If you have data, submit it and you'll be all that much closer to contributor status when your unit does arrive. Happy treking.
