After reading shared experiences on this forum, I bought my license of Navitel from http://www.navitel.su/en

I chose http://www.navitel.su/en/navigation/...navigator-mex/ as it was cheaper and paid for it using Paypal. I chose the USD currency and was charged $20.

I got my activation key after several minutes via email.

I initially installed version 7 from the Play Store and already activated it but after reading from some RG thread that v7 has problems with the current RG map, I uninstalled it and put 5.5.1 instead. I didn't need to reactivate the app.
