Difficulty with Nokia E71

I'm having problems getting the routable map onto my Nokia E71

I installed Garmin Mobile XT v.5.00.50s60.9 (this boots without any problems)
Followed the instructions found on the forum

Unfortunately I can't see the maps at all on my E71.

Any ideas? I'm going out of town on Friday and I really hope to be able to contribute.
