transfering gpx files from pc to phone

what directory do you put this in?

i tried putting it in a specific directory... but
i cant access it... couldnt change the folders via tools menu

i tried the send to device option in mapsource...

but the thing is... when i click open my gps device it is not
there... the files are there... but the tracks are not...

In your MC's Garmin folder there's a sub-folder named GPX. The current.gpx file should be copied there (overwrite the existing file) after updating it in Mapsource... then in XT, you import the .gpx file.

how do i do this? i couldnt find an option to import? i tried sending a file to
device using mapsource. and the filename is userdata.gpx

i couldnt find the current.gpx file or how i create that
