You can install Navitel and our RG map for navitel OS and iPhone 3GS u can install Papago M8 our map (jklink) included

Johnny is correct!

Some additions only:

1. With Navitel, you download the map for free in RG, and you can contribute to RG and eventually help get the navitel map updated in the future for free.

2. With Papago as of now you can only download from Papago and There is no updated maps available through Roadguide.ph all the maps as of now are through papago only.

So if you think you'd rather pay than wait for an updated map, go with Papago. Then again the Navitel map is already quite extensive in coverage.
