Install registered users map on Android 2.2

Hi Guys,

I have a Cherry Mobile Superion running Android 2.2. I have Google Maps and Locus installed and am wondering if there is a way to install the standard (non contributors) map to my device.

Also wondering if its possible to become a contributor using the same device. I go for quite a few motorcycle rides in the Bicol region and would love to contribute. :-)

One more thing, If there are any other "big bike" riders in the Naga City area, please feel to PM me cuz I am looking for some fellow riders. :-)

i don't think there is an android compatible garmin software at the moment that can be readily installed in your cellphone.

if your device can record tracklogs and/or waypoints, then we'd be more than happy to incorporate them in the map.

Thanks, Pokz. With locus, it records tracks. I will look into how I export. Guess I will need to invest in a garmin. Any sugestions on a model for motorcycles?

zumo series is built for motorbikes but its a bit mucho mucho
