As most of us do not use NAVMAN brand, we can't confirm if it is Garmin map compatible, if it is not garmin map compatible, then we apologize we can't help you.
The alternative is to buy a Navman map for the Philippines.
i suggest Forget the Navman thing. I was able to put map in navman (5 models of navman) years back with working philippine map. Although working, compared with Garmin GPS, it was too slow and find it difficult to use. Interface was unfriendly and find it annoying. From there i stop experimenting with navman , but i guess if there is a map for its original firmware without modifcation it would be great and faster.
But for a start, you have to unlock first the navman which can be easily found online. from there you can put 3rd party sofware with phil map.My advice, buy a garmin and contribute something here it would be more fun than having headache out of navman.
You were the one who actually converted Navman to WinCE then installed Garmin XT and used that?
I agree first of all Garmin XT is not supported anymore.
Most importantly is that we can't discuss in detail such "opening" of units as it is not allowed by forum rules.
So no go with Navman! Sorry guys.
Oh, to those who are just going to visit Philippines. Hopefully you have a smartphone. Try using the following apps instead:
Waze
Sygic
Googlemaps app
They are not however compatible with RG, but at least it will help you navigate.
