If you are not contributor, what GPS device is with best Philippine map?

Unfortunately, I can't be a RG contributor, therefore, if I am to buy a GPS for Philippines, with a map that has the best routing and more complete map and knows the U-turn and "no left-turn", those sort of things, what would it be?

either buy a papago gpsr or garmin gpsr from navco.

navco also uses roadguide.ph map.
