My brother in law is sending his 2 PND, (magelan & tomtom) here in the P.I. for me to use. Is it posible to download the Philippine Roadguides.

our map is not compatible with tomtom or magellan pnd. ask him to send you a garmin pnd instead.

A possible alternative is to sell both Tomtom and Magellan through ebay US, and then use the money to buy a Garmin unit either through ebay or other routes.

Unfortunately as Kuya Pokz mentioned RG maps and in fact other free maps available locally are Garmin compatible only.
