Ford Head Unit M Tech

Hi,

I have a ford head unit with an unknown brand M Tech. Anyway, on the touch screen there is a GPS option that is disabled.

Does anyone here have the same unit? Any idea on how to activate this?

It probably needs an external GPS/Navigation plug-in module.
