Need Help!

Hello Mods and all,

We recently bought an suv with a built-in AVT IM-988TN with an option for gps navigation. I was wondering if there is a better and cheaper way that this unit can work without buying expensive hardware as add-ons to the unit. There is an SD slot too. From the way I see the thread, the SD slot might be able to "install" a program to run the gps option. I would appreciate your inputs here. If in case it'll not work, pls help me locate a better option.

If I am right(and our members will correct me if I am wrong) your unit already has the GPS chip(hardware) and you only need the software that you can get in Garmin's website: http://www.garmin.com or AVT' website: http://www.avt.ph/IM-988TN.html
