My 450 tends to "seize" once in a while. I can't really remember the sequence before it does. Easy fix though, just remove the battery to reboot. Problem is I keep on forgetting my allen wrench and you can't just buy 1 pc from the local hardware. Now I have collection of allen wrence sets.

have you tried upgrading the firmware?

It fixed the problems on my Zumo 450 which sometimes loosing all the tracks.
