Can Nuvi with traffic subscription work in Metro Manila?

My old Nuvi 760 came with a lifetime traffic function (without ads), can this service be purchase/used in the PI? The Garmin site (https://www.garmin.com/locale.html?s...criptions.html )does not include the Philippines as an official country where it can be ordered/used (via Navteq Lifetime or Clear Channel Lifetime).

PS: I am using the Garmin GTM 20 for Traffic signals.

I just loaded PI map on my Garmin nuvi 1390 and not sure yet if it works well.

I found a way on how to load PI map on my Garmin nuvi 1390 on youtube. I downloaded Garmin Map uploader and downloaded the PI map here http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/. Hopefully this small thing helps. and please let me know if you have the chance to test the map on garmin and how it does. Thanks.
