how to make contributor map work on garmin nuvi 3490lmt

hi guys

Recently got the contributor map, load it to my nuvi 3490lmt. At map and vehicle setting i tick the roadguide contributor map then search for POI's but my nuvi says that there is "no data available", also tried searching different address near my place but says "can't find search results". i'm wondering if the contributor map is compatible with my unit. what should i do to fixed the problem.

You didn't select the poi map when you selected the maps to send to your device. Reconnect to mapsource (or basecamp) and send maps again making sure thi time you selected the poi map.
