Garmin Nuvi 205W computer is asking me to update my map, how do I update this?

I've been using my Garmin Nuvi 205W since 2009 and downloaded my PH map from Roadguide.ph. The computer is asking me to "update my map since it hasn't been updated for more than a year". How do I address this concern or do I simply ignore it?

On another unrelated question, I noticed I have so many new waypoints on my unit and I want to contribute this data. How do I go about it?
