What is the main difference of 780 and 265WT kaya?

780 has mp3 player & MSN Direct w/ subscription fee (Only in US)
265WT has lifetime traffic assist (Useful only in US)

**both have same screen size & blutooth compatibility.
** for Reference 265WT > W for Widescreen & T for Traffic Assist
