hi garmin gurus! i've got a garmin nuvi 205 as x-mas gift, from the US. i am still in the process of getting familiar with it. how can i delete the pre-installed maps that i dont need? thanks in advance.

I don't think you can delete the pre-installed map. As hbt suggested, you can only make it inactive. I believe this allows your Nuvi to boot-up a tiny bit faster as it doesn't have to load the unneeded map, CMIIW.There's no place like 127.0.0.1Comment
