tip for the other 2 intersections: just request delete of road in between the opposite lanes of mindanao ave. easier. just 2 wps.

I guess your first question has already been addressed by Dave.
Thanks for the tip, you're right it's much easier although those roads are still there and are being used illegally by motorbikes and tricycles. They are just barricaded with concrete blocks.
