As per Jan:

NEW//RD NOT HERE.

Rd, Main Rd, Provincial Highway etc. are just generic names for unknown or unnamed streets. Hence, when you name roads from these generic names, it's considered as Street names for previously unnamed roads.

1. for new roads not on map yet, pls upload tracks not routes and should be uploaded in tracks thread.
2. for naming previously unknown roads, pls upload in track and routing correction thread. and do it this way for easy understanding:
a. specify a route on the extent of street,
b. put a waypoint indicating new name//old name (old name maybe rd, highway, etc).
for new roads, you can put the name as title of its track.
3. for waypoints like barangay hall, pls upload into waypoints thread.
4. get rid of unnecessary waypoints like 110, 111 or going to barangay...it will just create confusion.
we need to follow rules so that processing will be easy and quick and will lead to an excellent map.
