I know we don't need to put the city in the address. Should we add districts though, like 'Chowking@20th Avenue corner P. Tuazon, Cubao'?

Yes, districts would be very much welcome as they do help in distinguishing the waypoints from similar POIs in the same street. Thanks for the good question.
