Nice upload sir. But here's my tip:

Put the Hyundai Dealer and NXP to a separate GDB file then submit it here.

The remaining tracks and waypoints are "naming unnamed street". Put it to a separate GDB file then submit it to:

Do you know someone named Vince at NXP? Naka galant na maroon. Sorry ot.

NXP waypoint is around 100meters from road. Is it really that far?
Better to place it adjacent to gate or something.

Yes sir. The main gate is at the corner Mangyan and Soliven Ave.

I corrected NXP icon and it's now near their gate along Binary St.
Plus added 3 more new WP's in that area with proper address in the "name" field.

I think it should not be located directly at intersection. This means gate is at middle of Mangyan where it intersects Soliven.
If my understanding is correct, should it be moved a little going to Soliven?
You may use ruler tool to estimate distance.
Pls see snapshot.
