if i may ask,
what 3rd direction are you refering to? is it the one in front of binondo church? if so, actually it a big roundabout

pls see snapshot.
normally, roads just have 2 opposite directions.
but in the case of gareth85 post, it will create a 3rd direction.
is it really the case here?
