F. Alignment of Location with Current Map
Alignment of location should be done by each contributor. As we know, our map and GE is not aligned. By tracing GE, there will be always a chance that our polys will overlaps with our roads.
To avoid these, pls do these steps prior to submission:
1. create a route in mapsource within nearby streets of polygon
2. save as gdb file
3. open polygon in mapedit
4. drag gdb file from window explorer into mapedit.
5. route will be plotted into mapedit as polyline.
6. then check alignment of poly with these polyline.
7. you might need to move your poly to avoid overlaps with roads.
how to move? pick poly and drag.
