I do not know what demo map you are using but it can't be 1.05
because i only count 3 waypoints that are not in that map.
as to the tracks they are in the demo map as well.
If you would have taken the tracks with the 1s tracklog easter egg that the 760 should be capable off , that would be something else. but now with the default setting of the nuvi's the tracks are unusable (asides from the driveway to laga de oro)

please check against the demo map 1.05

Jan, thanks for being patient with me. This whole thing is new (and fascinating) to me. I understand the philosophy about making contributions to the map given how little detail there is. As a community, it makes sense to continue making contributions even after getting the contributor's edition. I understand the contributor's edition has a lot more detail and that was my intent to get it. But if one earns it through contributions, then it's fair.

One question, the preferred submission of tracks is via the 1s tracklog easter egg? I was able to bring the logger up as you instructed. Is this one of the undocumented features of the Nuvis?

yes on both counts. (well for nuvis)

in the future, please do use it to record tracks (and tell your buddies to do so aswell. a couple of decent tracks like that and you get contributors status (and no, sidestreets in tondo won't do))
