Jan, here's an edited tracks gathered by my gps but edited using google earth view as reference to make it more accurate, i hope that this would help and included in your next revision of maps since it's not yet included in our 1.05 demo map.tnx. and more power.

yes. the street starts from ipil and straight to mendoza(formerly andalucia) where there is a stoplight for nic. roxas.
our 105 maps alvarez street ends at milagros
